Homeless OUTREACH in Providence, RI

Our homeless outreach team in Providence meets people where they are—on sidewalks, in encampments, and at meal sites—to offer help without judgment. Whether someone needs water, medical attention, a clean blanket, or simply someone to listen, we show up with dignity, care, and resources.

If you're unsheltered in Rhode Island, we're here to support your next step—whatever that looks like for you.
