Legal & Tenant Support

Worried about eviction or struggling with your landlord? We can help:

  • Refer you to eviction help in RI
  • Connect you with legal support for tenant rights
  • Advocate on your behalf to negotiate with landlords
  • Guide you through steps to stay housed and stabilize

We’ll help you understand your options and take steps toward long-term housing security.

Meet with a Case Manager

If you’re not sure where to begin, just stop in during our open hours. You’ll be welcomed by a staff member and given the opportunity to meet with a case manager—usually the same day.

You can also call ahead to ask questions or discuss what to bring.
